Sound familiar?
None of these mean you did something wrong. They happen when a business grows faster than its setup. Here is how we close each one.
The problem
The Shopify login lives in a DM from 2023. Three people know the bank password. Nobody is sure who can see what.
The Pink Proxy fix
We set up a business password manager, turn on multi-factor sign-in, and give each person access only to the tools their role needs.
The problem
When someone leaves on a bad day, you scramble to remember every account they could still open.
The Pink Proxy fix
A written, step-by-step exit checklist for your exact apps, plus an access map so you can lock everything down in one sitting.
The problem
A client gets an invoice "from you" with new bank details. Your real emails start landing in spam.
The Pink Proxy fix
We configure email authentication to help receiving systems identify unauthorized use of your domain.
Packages
We currently specialize in Google Workspace account security and employee-access management. Each package includes everything in the one before it. One-time projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% when the agreed work is complete.
What we cover
We review what's in scope, agree on changes with you, put them in place, check the results and explain what still needs attention. Our work is informed by NIST CSF 2.0; informational mapping is not a certification.
Who has an account, who is an admin, and who owns what.
2-Step Verification and account recovery that actually work.
Files and groups shared with the right people.
Reduce the risk of email impersonation.
A repeatable process when people start, change roles or leave.
Who you'll work with
My background is hands-on cybersecurity training in digital forensics, network analysis and cloud infrastructure. My focus is account access: who can sign in, what they can reach, and what needs to change when someone joins or leaves. Every project comes with plain-English explanations and a walkthrough of the agreed work.
Is this for you?
We work with women-owned businesses of 3–10 people who handle client information, want to understand the changes we make, and want to keep ownership of their own systems.
You'll be involved: a few short screen-share sessions and your sign-off before anything changes.
Looking for penetration testing, a compliance certificate or 24/7 monitoring? That's outside what we do, and we're happy to point you to someone who does it.
