About The Pink Proxy
Practical cybersecurity. A partner who explains it.
The Pink Proxy helps women-owned teams of 3–10 understand their Google Workspace security gaps and put agreed safeguards in place, without requiring an ongoing IT retainer.
Founder story
Hi, I'm Victoria Smith, founder of The Pink Proxy.
My background includes hands-on cybersecurity training in digital forensics, network analysis, cloud infrastructure, and security labs. I started The Pink Proxy after seeing women business owners manage client data, growing teams, and everyday technology without clear security support.
I started The Pink Proxy to be the security partner I wish every founder had: calm, clear, and on your side.
My focus is making account access and everyday security easier to understand: who can sign in, what they can access, and what needs to change when someone joins or leaves.
You'll get a clearly scoped project, plain-English explanations, and a walkthrough of the agreed work, so you understand what changed and what to do next.
Our mission
Empowering female founders with accessible, high-trust IT guardrails.
We believe good security should be a foundation you build on, not a fear you manage. Our work is mapped to recognized public standards, so the progress you make is real and you can show it to the people who need to see it.
We use CSF 2.0 to organize our work and map only what we actually reviewed or changed. Mapping is informational, not certification.
CISA's guidance on multi-factor authentication, admin accounts and removing old access helps us prioritize.
Every report explains what changed, why it matters and what to do next, without jargon.
