Who we are

The Pink Proxy is operated by Victoria Smith, doing business as The Pink Proxy, based in Maryland, USA. You can reach us at consult@thepinkproxy.com.

What we collect, and why

Discovery call request form

When you send the form, we receive your name, business name, email, team size, the package you're interested in, your optional message, and the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to you, arrange your free call, and keep a record of your request. It is stored in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail). Submitting the form does not sign you up for any newsletter.

Free 5-minute checklist

Your checklist answers are saved only in your own browser so they're still there when you come back. They are not sent to us. If you ask us to email you the PDF, we receive your first name, your email address and your checklist score (a number from 0 to 10, not your individual answers). We store these in our Google Workspace account, email you the PDF, and may send you occasional security tips. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

Booking a call

The "Book a Free 20-Minute Call" button opens Google Calendar's booking page. The details you enter there, such as your name and email, are handled by Google and added to our calendar so we can hold the call.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep the conversation in our Google Workspace account so we can reply and follow up.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
• We never ask for passwords, recovery codes or financial account details through this website or by email. Please don't send them.

Services that help run this website

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks. Like most web hosts, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely.
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar and Google Apps Script) receives and stores form submissions and sends our emails.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing consult@thepinkproxy.com. We keep information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our business record-keeping obligations.

Client engagements

If you become a client, how we handle information about your business systems is covered in your client agreement, not this notice.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
