Two things we often hear

Why small Google Workspace teams still need a security setup

"Isn't Google Workspace already secure?"

Google secures the platform. How your account is set up is up to you. Google's own security checklist for small businesses (1–100 users) recommends a baseline that admins set up themselves, including redundant admin accounts, extra protections against phishing or spoofing, and sharing permissions.

The U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) also publishes "minimum viable security configurations" for Google Workspace services, because good security depends on the settings you choose.

"We're too small to be hacked."

"The size of a business is never going to be a form of protection."NIST, Cybersecurity Insights blog

NIST describes small businesses as "a particularly ripe target to cybercriminals," and notes they "may even be seen as easy targets to get into bigger businesses through the supply chain or payment portals."

Common questions

Before you book

Do I need an IT person on staff?

No. Packages are built for owners who handle tech themselves. We do the setup with you and leave clear instructions behind.

Is the work done remotely?

Yes, through screen-share sessions you schedule and access you grant in Google Workspace. You stay in control of every account the whole time.

Which tools do you work with?

We currently specialize in Google Workspace account security and employee-access management. Support for other systems is confirmed during your discovery call. If something is outside our scope, we'll tell you and point you to someone who can help.

Are software costs included?

No. If the work needs a Google Workspace plan upgrade or another tool, the provider bills you directly. We'll tell you before anything is needed and recommend options that fit your budget.

Can't I do this myself with AI?

Some businesses can, using AI and Google's built-in tools. The Pink Proxy is for owners who want help reviewing their actual setup, making authorized changes, checking the results, and documenting what remains. Our service is the scoped work and verification, not an AI-generated checklist.

Can I choose any package directly, and how do upgrades work?

Yes, you can start with any of the three packages. If you start with the Jumpstart and move to a higher package within 60 days, the Jumpstart fee is credited toward it.

What happens after I book the free call?

We talk for 20 minutes about your team, your tools and your concerns. If a package fits, we send a proposal with the scope, price and payment terms. Nothing is agreed and nothing is charged until you sign.

When do I pay, and how is completion defined?

One-time projects are paid 50% upfront before work begins and 50% when the agreed work is complete, meaning the deliverables listed in your agreement have been provided and we've held your walkthrough call.

What access do you need?

Only the accounts listed in your signed written authorization. You add us as a user on those accounts; we never ask for your passwords. We remove our access when the work is done.

When does the delivery estimate start, and what can delay it?

From kickoff, once the agreement is signed, the first payment is made, your intake questionnaire is back and we have the access we need. Waiting on access, approvals or software sign-ups can move the date, and we'll tell you if it does.

What support is included after delivery?

Every package ends with a walkthrough call. Any further support, including a Concierge support window, is defined in your proposal. For help after that, ask about scheduled access reviews.
